"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate" C.G. Jung
During the process of exploration, we are fundamentally allowing a space for the unconscious to become conscious, to understand with greater awareness our thought patterns and behaviours and their possible origins.
This aspect of therapy can be liberating and empowering and/or daunting and frightening.
To offer some reassurance, with clinically professional experience, the exploration of the unconscious can be humbling and beautiful. And after the initial stages of allowing the unconscious to become conscious, it may likely turn into a personal joy and welcomed addition to your life.
